Crandall Texas, - On June 8, 2012 at approximately 11:00 am., an undercover operation in the City of Crandall, by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of four men on drug charges. Arrested and charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity/Manufacture Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 3 / 4 In a Drug Free Zone, were Marcus Deander Williams, 32, of Mesquite, Rodney Allen Peppers, 56, of Balch Springs, Stacy Quin McNeely, 39, of Duncanville, and Labarron Vonkeith Walker, 23, of Balch Springs. Peppers also had an outstanding warrant out of Lancaster Police Department and Labarron Walker had five outstanding warrants out of Dallas Police Department.
During a search of McNeely’s vehicle investigators found pills believed to be hyrdrcodone that were ordered by the undercover narcotics officers. The charges against all four men are classed as a Second Degree Felony which carries confinement for a term from two to twenty years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.00. All four men were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center. Bond is set at $ $10,000.00 for Williams, $20,432.20 for Peppers, $20,000.00 for McNeely, and $22,799.65 for Walker.
