Crandall Texas, - On May 6, 2012 at approximately 9:45 p.m., a Kaufman County K-9 Unit making a traffic stop on a 1996 Silver Honda Accord netted the arrest of a Garland man on drug charges. After permission to search the vehicle was given the deputy located what was believed to be crystal methamphetamine located in two red baggies located in a coke can.
Arrested and charged with Possession of a controlled Substance in Penalty Group One Under One Gram was Randall Lee Laughlin, 30, of Garland. Laughlin was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center where bond is set at $100,000.00
