Terrell Texas, - Arrested and charged with burglary of a building and theft of Copper were Krystal Marie Milton, 29, of Rockwall and Anita Perez Ortiz, 34, of Seagoville. The two suspects were arrested after a 911 call was placed about the two suspects removing property from a residence in the 17000 block of County Road 245. The caller said he tried to detain the suspects but they got away. Later deputies on the look out for the vehicle notice it backed up to a vacant house in the 7000 block of FM 598 and confronted the both suspects. During a search of the vehicle deputies found a washing machine, miscellaneous copper wire copper tubing, a gas heater and other metal objects, some of the property stolen from the residence on County Road 245. Both Milton and Ortiz were taken into custody and transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center without incident. Bond is set at $30,000 for each.
