Terrell Texas, On Sunday August 19,2012 Kaufman County deputies stopped a 2006 maroon Chevy passenger car for speeding near mile marker 510 on I 20. After initiating the traffic stop the deputy noticed that the driver was extremely nervous, and as he was exiting the vehicle the deputy noticed an empty pill bottle with several pills lying in the passenger and the driverís floor board. As the suspect exited the vehicle the deputy noticed numerous yellow pills on the pavement beside the driver door. After receiving permission to search the vehicle the deputy found more pills in the backseat area of the vehicle.
Arrested and charged with driving while license invalid/ with a previous conviction, Possession a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 3 Over 28 Grams but less than 200 Grams, as well as Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence was Donnie Carnell Baulkmon, 45, of Watauga.
Baulkmon was arrested without incident and transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center where bond is set at $22,000.00.
